PSA OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

OxGen PSA oxygen generators are intended to be used as an oxygen source of supply in healthcare facilities, veterinary clinics and for industrial application.

The technology utilized by OxGen is the PSA process (Pressure Swing Adsorption). The engine drives the separation of oxygen from air, with a degree of purity of over 93%. It is a purely physical process denominated adsorption.

During the adsorption phase, nitrogen is adsorbed at elevated pressure and oxygen is produced. During the regeneration phase, nitrogen is desorbed through depressurization and the adsorbents are regenerated. In order to convert this discontinuous process into a continuous process, OxGen uses two adsorbent units. While one is adsorbing, the other regenerates and vice versa.

MAIN FEATURES

OxGen units are available in 21 standard models with capacity that ranges from 1 to 86 Nm3/hour. Other types of units with different capacity are available on request.

The purity of the gas that is produced is in accordance with European Pharmacopoeia monograph for Oxygen 93%.

OxGen can be supplied on request with SKID MOUNTING (PLUG & PLAY) or CONTAINER BUILT solutions, buffer vessels, filters, advanced control, dew point, pressure, temperature, flow, purity and remote monitoring solutions included.

OxGen can be supplied with a wide range of CYLINDER FILLING STATIONS that are fully equipped with high pressure boosters, cylinders, fitting connections, valves, racks and other accessories.

OxGen on-site oxygen generators have CE certification in accordance with MDD (medical device directive) and PED (pressure equipment directive), complying as well with ISO 7396-1 and ISO 10083 standards.

OxGen oxygen generators reach an outlet pressure of up to 8 barG. OxGen can also provide tailor-made solutions in order to exactly meet the requirements of customers, including skid mounting, container, GSM modem, and remote monitoring solutions.

OxGen designs and installs medical oxygen concentrators characterized by all the proper features and equipped with monitoring and alarm systems in order to fulfill all local safety requirements.
